Unlicensed Product and activation errors in Office - Your Answer
Those computers were returned to the store and wiped clean so that MS Office was no longer active. Is installing MS Office on those two returned computers maybe the problem? I tried phoning MS Tech Support but they apparently don't provide telephone support anymore for MS Office 10 so am not sure what to do. Would appreciate any suggestions or assistance.
And simplying wiping the drive also would not contact the activation system. Wait for the option to talk to a live service rep. Explain the problem to them, they should then allow the activation to complete. Pro Plus adds an extra wrinkle to your problem. I suspect that even the Activation support people won't be able to help. In that case you will have to go to the HUP web page and find the "contact us" link. Talk to HUP specific support.
